We created a Mega-opportunity and new business model that pivoted the firm into the future and generated €500m of business value in four years.
Pay TV broadcaster CANAL+ was going to be disrupted by Netflix and new streaming technologies. We created Yomvi, a new streaming service, brand and business model that delayed the launch of Netflix in Spain and turbocharged Canal+ transformation to digital. Yomvi provided a new growth engine and a culture of innovation, culminating in the successful sale of CANAL+ to Telefonica for $1billion. Our innovation work was instrumental to realise the full business value of CANAL+ leading to the sale.

De Santis worked with AJE GROUP, one of the largest multi-brand drink companies in the world, to create their Megavision® for the future of health drinks. DESANTIS used the power of science and superfruits with powerful natural antioxidants from the Amazon forest to create the next generation of super drinks. Amarumayu employs sustainable harvesting practices working with Amazonian communities that protect the future of its ecosystem. To make this vision tangible, we created a powerful corporate concept, business model and brand to communicate its new purpose of preserving the Amazon forest.
